I have a tiny farmhouse in rural PA w/ lots of fields & forest... I enjoy being surrounded by as many plants as possible, both outdoors & in my home!

@SikoMa @jruthie They taste a lot like a cucumber, with a mild tang or sourness... and they are ridiculously easy to grow!!! The plants we have now are from seeds we ordered online 2+ yrs ago... it has to live inside during winter because of the colder temps here (they are native to Mexico/ South America) but the first summer it was outside, the vines grew 6 feet up the front of our house 😀

@jamesshobbs Awesome, good luck! 😊 They are so intriguing and ridiculously easy to grow! The first year we had them (2 summers ago) Matt kept adding bits onto the trellis, building it higher & higher for the vines to grow upward... So they climbed the entire front wall of the house until they reached our roof! 😃

What is a cucmelon?

Cucamelon is a cucumber-like vine, which grows fruit that look like tiny watermelons! They're about the size of grapes & taste kind of like a cucumber with a mild tang or sourness. They are native to Mexico & South America, but my bf really wanted to try them so I surprised him with some seeds I found online... he's had the same plant growing for almost 2 years now... of course it has to live inside, except during summer, because of the colder temps here :) @alovealoe
