Lovely colorπ

Absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful foliage Alan. ππ

Wow, that's big already πππ

It's beautifulπ

I recognise this π looks like stained glass with the sun behind πππ

Thank you π it glows red in the sun and the front of the leaves are lush green when the sun is on them π @crabby58 @jmlincoln @hkyfvr @cowdenkyle

Always welcome ππ

I know Jane right! Its growing really fast this year. All this folige since early March. It got to big for the house. Had to put it in a shed with plenty of light and harden off over two weeks. @pelly

Thank you Ange I'm still fairly new to these this was given to me last August and wasn't sure if I could successfully put it in to hybernation luckily all went well @anges

Thanks Suzie I like big leaves as well mind you I think I've over done it with this one they get BIG π @suzieshadow1227gmailcom

Thank you Marilyn π @lovemygarden65

Thanks Katy it's still only small the leaves are getting bigger all the time at the moment their about 2' @gjones

They are SUPER BIG! Haha π

Wow that's awesome π

Thank you Jeff their a nice plant the underside for the leaves stay red @jeatacake

Sure is. It's a beauty alright π
Hardend off time to take its place in the garden #ensete #ensetechallenge22
Thank you Katy. It's doing great. Grows very fast. All this foliage since early March. Couldn't wait to get it out of the house it was getting to big. I had to remove three of the biggest leaves @gjones
Wow! It's looking magnificent πππ
Thanks Jeff. It was looking good π I thought it was fully hardend off. Went out on the third morning of been out all night and the leave had started clasping π€¦ββοΈlost all but the newest leave π @jeatacake
Oh no. Mine seems to have stopped growing since it went outside but no damage yet. I hope yours acclimatises & recovers well.
I'd say it's the cold nights knocking them back. I'm sure both will be fine from here on in @jeatacake
I think you're right. We've had a few nights where it's dropped down to only about 5C since I planted it out. Hopefully no more cold nights now π€
That looks fabulous Alan! π
Hi Angela. It was looking good but it got to cold lost almost all the foliage. It still hasn't recovered. Had to cheak the roots they had rotted away. It's still alive, just π’ Swipe left to see what it was like last year @italydiva
Oh noβ¦so sorry to hear that! π’ How cold did it get? It looked fabulous last yearβ¦do hope you can revive it moving forward, it must be so upsetting. π₯Ίπ @alan1111
We got a cold spell down to 5c. Tks Angela I'm doing my best to keep it alive it's just hanging in there. Can't blame the plant it was down to me π worst comes to the worst I'll definitely get another @italydiva
You were unlucky. Do hope it pulls through though. Iβm like you, totally smitten. If anything happens to mine Iβd definitely get another one @alan1111
