I decided to check in on the container, cause it has been sitting in a vase. And bam 💥 there’s roots coming out the bottom 😁😄. Like Omgoodness! I’m going to keep an eye on the roots. But holy moly it’s working.

Ok, so I did an experiment. I took a leaf and put it in water. Pretty soon I had roots on the leaf. So, I planted it. It’s been a couple months or so. And I’m feeling like it’s not doing anything. I know it’s alive cause she’s not shriveled. I’m like what the heck of course it’s going to take time.

Rooted leaf. Planted today. Took like 2 weeks to get a nice set of roots coming in. I waited 3 weeks to get longer roots. So fingers crossed 🤞🏻 it starts growing a new plant.
Great work! I didn’t realise you could root them from just a leaf.
The stem was connected. So I just stuck it water to see what would happen. They say this plant is like a succulent. Wish I would’ve taken a pic before I planted it. And I think it took longer then 2 weeks now that I think about it. Maybe 3 weeks and waited four. It worked anyways. And we all learned something new. Thanks all 😁 @richard.spicer.7906 @dirtgirlworld @cyndi if this one grows. I’m going to do the same with my variegated one.
Alysha, anytime you see a plant here that you like, dont hesitate to ask if that person has seeds to share. More often than not they'll have some and would love to share
Do they not sell these where you are? @cyndi
Did you delete that one too? Lol. Don't hesitate to ask. Don't just ask in general, do it one the picture of the plants you like that way that person gets the notification. Most of the seeds I have, I got from others so they are not in my plant list. because I just started seed saving theres not much I can offer this year. Do you use your wishlist? I'll look at it and see if theres anything I can offer
I do have some clematis seeds, they are rebecca which is a pretty red.
Lol. Darn it Leslie. No one was supposed to notice that. It made me sound like a crybaby. I didn’t want it to sound that way. 🤦🏼♀️. Those are pretty. Only if you have enough. I would love ♥️ some.
Girl!! I've got your address, what are you looking for? I will also look at your wishlist to see if I can fulfill any! Like @cyndi & @lesliecole49 said, just ask! The absolute worst thing that could happen is that we have to say 'No, sorry, I don't have any'. You will never hear 'YES!' without the possibility of being told 'no!'
Thanks ladies. @KariSamuel @cyndi @lesliecole49 I appreciate you. I like climbers. But anything really. I’m not picky. Thank you ladies again. 💚❤️
