They look really healthy. Is this the post you wanted my opinion on? I keep mine outside year round, but I should think you can report them separately or together. I would make sure to use perlite in your potting mix so as to not over water and allow for good drainage. They can stand too little water, but will not easily with too much. Continued...
If it did start to rot, you would just need to dig up your plant and leave it out of the soil until the area with the rot (which you would cut off and sprinkle the area with cinnamon) scabbed over. This will not kill the plant to be out of the soil. I have left cactus for months even in the summer. The sun can burn the roots or cactus, but being dry is ok.
I hope this helps. Please tag me, @lovestogarden, directly if you want to ask anything else. If I can not help, I will try to send you to someone who can. ❤️
Thank you for your reply @lovestogarden !! You have given me a lot of useful information there!! I have a few more specific questions, What time of year is best to repot these? I am going to have to overwinter them indoors, I am in zone 7, should I leave them in this pot for now and repot next spring when I move them back outside? Also, when should I attach them to a trellis? Should it be a wooden trellis? How tall should it be? Thank you for being so helpful❤️🌵
Anyone have any idea when and how I should repot these dragon fruit cacti cuttings? I will need to over winter them inside!

Also, during the winter, when these are indoors, should I keep them under a light?
