There is also one called a red fringed tulip too

@Kalaari01 I don't have a name. I got it at Walmart. It was in their Easter flowers. It was the only one at my Walmart. The tag just said tulip and was designed for a gift. I stopped by the Meijer store today and found one that is pink with white fringe. It was also in their Easter flowers.
