Audrey the second has a "trim" today. Took 4 leaves out of her. She has been putting on new leaves like crazy so I needed to be able to adjust her. The ones I took were older ones that were damaged. #splitleafphilodendron

Update on Audrey, took a while but I finally got all her limbs to hang naturally. Used a Bungie cords once I got the box tape and all the stakes out. Slowly lowered the leaves over weeks to make sure they would not break. Now to get the correct lighting for her. #split-leaf #splitleafphilodendron

@crabby58 @sushiwaitress I thought a monstera at first. After LOTS of videos n photos. I believe this is a "split leaf philodendron" . I had no idea the philodendron had the variety it does.

@crabby58 the leaves are so close! The swiss cheese monsters is on my list. No leaf holes. For a $4 yard sale find the leaf is pristine lol

@emch thank you, I had no idea to even check philodendron family. I was always told they were some kind is "monstera" if it had the holes it's a swiss cheese monstera. Now I gotta find out what all IS considered a monstera.

@sushiwaitress you have no idea how excited I was! It's putting on a second stem/leaf. The leaf it has has been taken care of very well. I'm a "I can save you" gal. I'm having a lot better luck getting well established plants 😂 . My stubborn ginger ass
