Today is World Bee Day! 🐝 There’s 20,000+ bee species worldwide. And Australia has 1600+ native bee species. With winter approaching there's fewer native bees around but it’s not too late to start planting to attract native bees in Spring and Summer. Local native plants provide the most suitable food sources and habitat for local fauna including native bees. #worldbeeday

Hisbiscus 'Rosella' has a pretty flower and has striking coloured fruit which make tasty jam. Win win! Plus Rosella fruit is high in Vitamin C (even more than oranges apparently). Thanks @kristina2 for sharing. #hibiscus
