Hello Michael 👋 Thank you for posting what we hope will be the first of many photos. 👏
You can find other like-minded gardeners by tapping on Discover and then "Popular" or "Recommended". There you will see other great photos of plants and gardens and you can of course “follow” anyone that you see there should you like to do so!
Should you ever need to reply to a message in your feed or just want to say 'hello', simply @username an individual i.e. @teamgardentags and that person will get an alert in their profile. Really hope this is helpful and you enjoy using GT! 😃
Can't see the Bay tree
Yes, a challenge with a new app ! I was going to list all the other plants but it didn't seem to let me. Lebanese cucumber, Greek Basil, chilies and a couple of others. Bay Trees hidden at the back. Built this garden bed on 16th December ! Amazing growth in a few weeks, very rewarding.
#basil #chili #greekbasil Hash tags are a great way to group photos by topic and/or subject matter. Anyone can start a hashtag or add to one. Simply place a # ahead of any word or phrase you want to create or add to. Hashtags can be fun!! 😊 But mainly tags are useful when doing a search for something, including admin who use them at times to compile posts/collages. 😊
To get someone's attention eg to reply or ask a Q or say thanks, you need to put an @ in front of their name so they get a notification eg @BrightColours Because this is your post you get a notification every time someone likes or comments, regardless of whether they tag you or not. 😊
To change a plant name: Go to profile. Scroll to plant. Click on pencil. Tap and select "change encyclopedia link".
