Just starting to #pink up ππ #foliagefriday #actinidia-kolomikta

Beautiful π

Itβs fab isnβt it Ash! @daisyrozanne

Oh I love this my neighbour has it but itβs on the wrong wall and it never shows itβs potential...π

So you canβt borrow any of it into your garden? @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

@awomanonabike unfortunately not Jacqueline without being arrested....never mind I might have my own one day...π€πΌ

π I hope so. Itβs great in the autumn too isnβt it, though does lose its leaves early π€π @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

She has it on an outside wall so she never sees it and I only see it if Iβm walking that way...Iβll see if I can grab a pic of it and show you...ππΌ ππΌ

Why not grab a bit of it while youβre at it?! At least she wonβt be able to see you if she canβt see it! π€ Apparently they take well from greenwood cuttings, which is about now π€π¬π @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

@awomanonabike Iβd have to go back at midnight....π€£

Off you go then π€ππ @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

I love this one, and donβt have it! I did buy one in tha last few years but it failed on me x x x

7 Sep 18 β’ Good morning all! This is the first plant in my garden to colour and drop its leaves. It does the latter too quickly though... π #foliagefriday #actinidia-kolomikta

Morning wow some fabulous colours such a shame they dont last too long πππ₯

Morning Keely. It does turn some beautiful colours but itβs sad as it is the first sign of autumn in the garden. Next will be the smell of the βburnt toffee treeβ (Cercidiphyllum) @Keely

Morning Jacqueline, such gorgeous colours though πβ€οΈπ

Thanks Jane @pelly

16 May 2018 β’ I first saw this in a friendβs garden years ago and couldnβt believe how it looked like the leaves had been dipped in paint. I still canβt πππ

Arenβt they unusual Jacqueline ππ

Thatβs beautiful - on to the wish list with it!

Theyβre a bit weird but in a good way Jane @pelly

A worthy addition Val @valjones-hughes

Itβs lovely from spring all the way through to autumn @gjones

Ohh, not wierd, facinating, and I love the way they look like someone has been round them with a felt tipped pen ππ

Yes that red edge is gorgeous isnβt it. @pelly

Do you think I ought to tell Neil that I need a Pergola Jacqueline ππ

Absolutely!! (Though actually this probably does better against a wall...) @pelly

I haven't got a wall that would take it, unfortunately it's not going on my wish list Jacqueline ππ

Itβll have to be a pergola then ππ Neil! Over here! Jane has something to tell you π @pelly @pellysOH

Spotted a bit of random frost damage from the other night. Just the sticky-out bits...

Too bad the frost bit this... lovely #foliage .

Looks quite pretty. Not really what you want though π

Just a tiny bite Janice! @lovestogarden

It really isn't too bad Sue & it's so vigorous I often have to trim it back in the summer so it's had an early trim! @susanhumphrey333

I thought it looked quite nice too - thought it was variegated! ππ

It's just got extra variegated bits now @rachelbrooks

It's always the first to go. It will have lost all of its leaves while the rose next to it will still be flowering. What whacky leaves though...
Anyone would think it was autumn π #foliagefriday

π π I love the changing of the seasons Leslie. @lesliecole49
