Oh do Julie, but I hope yours settles in quicker than mine. I have had this for years (more than 10 probably): first in a pot, not happy; then in the ground, OK but no berries; read that they are more likely to produce berries if you have another nearby; bought a second which is now about 5 times the size of this one but with teeny berries; then someone drove over this one and I lost half of it; then it recovered! Whooohooo 💜💜💜 @juliesgarden

They are but both of the plants are covered in them and there are loads more little flowers per “bunch” if you know what I mean. I’m sure there’s a proper term but no idea what it is 🙄 @pelly

I have berries forming on mine Jacqueline, but my flowers weren't as pretty as yours 💜💜

Haha! These are the first I've ever seen in this plant which is quite big. I have another which is much smaller as bits keep getting broken off it (its next to the drive so it's been driven over and stood on 😢). The little one always manages a few berries but I was beginning to think maybe they were gendered & this one was never going to get any but... yay! I am so happy 🙃

Apparently you need more than one to produce berries. I've bought mine this year, with berries on so we'll see what happens next year. May need a pal for it.

Hi Lisa, I had heard that too which is why I got the 2nd as the first one never had any berries, now they both have. Finally! @lbohlin

They seem to last, maybe because they're purple rather than red? I don't know @lbohlin
