Hosta 'White Feather'

My first entry into #hostachallange I seem to remember this isn’t one of your favourites Barbara but I rather like it. It brightens up a dark corner 💚🤍💚 @jacaranda

I find it a bit spooky, Jacqueline 👻 but it is unusual so therefore worth a place in the garden. Mine doesn’t stay white for very long so I’ve put it in more shade this year to see if that makes a difference 🤞 Yours is lovely though 👍😍

I think if you stop thinking of it as a hosta but see it as a white leaved plant, it’s gorgeous @kez001uk

Isn’t it fantastic Lily. Apparently the white gradually turns green starting with the veins @waterlily

I hope you have better luck with yours than I have with mine, Jacqueline! I’ve found it very disappointing. Extremely slow growing, very few leaves and they change from creamy-white to green very quickly 😢

Thanks Barbara 😊 Slow growing is fine, I was expecting that as it has no green for a large part of the year. My main worry is that it will be eaten... @jacaranda

Mine seems to have survived being eaten but it is in a pot and the pot is standing on gravel, Jacqueline. Good luck with yours 👍😘
