I’m thrilled with these that I’ve bought for my M-in-Law. Just need to pot them up and put ribbons round them... but don’t tell her I got them half price, so just £10 each including the pots 😉🎄❤️🎄❤️🎄
Wow great gift and what a bargain 🙂👍
Oh they are great! Brilliant price too 😃
Homebase were clearing the shelves for whatever comes next... @icedance @jonners73
Right place at the right time 😃
Ooh timely visit! They look fab...Wyevale have some bargain bulbs too, if you have one near you! Xx
Thanks for the heads up Claudia but no, no Wyevale here. We don’t have any chain garden centres, which is fine by me tbh😉😊
What a fab bargain and a lovely gift! I’d be over the moon to receive them! 👍🏼
I hope she will be too. Though I think I will have to leave potting them up until after we’ve given them to her as realised they won’t fit in her car otherwise 😂 @rachelbrooks
Doh! 🙈 could they not stand in the footwell in the back? 🤔
No, the pots are quite big and her car isn’t but it’s OK. Part of the deal will be that I will go and pot them up while OH hangs one of her quilts on her wall for her 👍😊 @rachelbrooks
Ah well that’s nice! 👍🏼☺️

Anything for the weekend sir?
It's really lovely recognising where things are in your garden!
It was so lovely to be able to show you & you were so complimentary xx @brightcolours
So much to love!!
Aw, thanks Katie 😘 @brightcolours

If the flowers are anything to go by there's going be masses of berries. I don't think I've ever really noticed them before.
Funny what we notice now we're all taking pics all the time! I noticed what look like buds on my Euonymous today, don't recall it ever flowering, maybe they are so small I just hadn't bothered to see them before...
I love that about GT. It's really changed how i look at my garden - for the better 😊😊😊 @rachelbrooks
Yes, it's really opened my eyes -quite literally! 👍🏼 even during winter I was amazed by what was actually going on out there 😊
Me too! It's why I have become almost evangelical about it. I think everyone should be here. It's good for the soul 😊 @rachelbrooks

I know you're meant to prune holly in the summer, but it is a special occasion... #holly #christmas
Wow Fab cake's Jacqueline and the holly is a special touch 😘👍👏
Thanks Jane. Why make decorations when nature does it so well?! @daisy-jane
Oh they look fabulous! Bet they taste as good as they look!!! 🎄🎄🎄👏👏💕❤️💚
Yummy 😋
Thanks Hayley & Susan. I hope so, though I won't find out as they are presents 🎁 @hayleyaj @susanhumphrey333
They need to save you a slice! Then you can decide if you keep them yourself next year!! 😂😂😂🎄
What a fab present to receive 😋🎄🎅🏾
Wow! They look fabulous and I love the holly sprigs ❤️💚 lucky recipients 👍🏼
Thanks! @pauline33 @rachelbrooks
Those look terrific! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks Susie. I see you've been doing a bit of pruning too... @susieg

I'm fairly certain this is 'Argentea Marginata' but happy to be corrected. Books say it's just frost hardy but it survived -20C here a few years ago, completely unscathed. #berries #wildlife #holly #makesmefeelfestive
Love holly...until you tread on one of the leaves in bare feet! 😳😁
I'm in Cumbria. We all wear clogs, so not a problem here. #itsgrimupnorth 🙃
😂 I thought that was Holland... 😂
Shh! Don't tell Cumbrians, especially not the OH!!
Oh ok! 🤐😂
#christmasiscoming
#christmas Will add the ivy soon...
Is it still summer? It is here so managed to prune the #holly and there are so many #berries I’m sure some old gadgie would say “See all those berries? It’ll be a hard winter, mark my words” Is it true though?
I truly hope not.
Who knows Laura?! Have I made it up? No idea 🤷♀️ 😂 #folklore
I’ve never heard of a gadgie 🤔
😂 I bet you’ve met a few though 😉 @sieveheadsarah
Loads of old gadgies up north
