This is one of those plants that, despite it’s amazing, almost #black foliage, I take for granted - so much so I haven’t added it before now 🙄 It provides a fantastic foil for other plants and breaks up what would otherwise be a bank of green 💚🖤💕🖤💚 #foliagefriday

I’ve been pondering adding one of these recently.. but feel the same .. like I hadn’t even noticed it before this year ... now seeing it in people’s posts has opened my eyes ... not looked at what size it grows to though yet 🤦🏼‍♀️

It can grow quite big but doesn’t object to being pruned ✂️ 👍 You can even cut it down to ground level each spring 😃 @Mary200631
