Linaria purpurea 'Canon Went'

It is Purple Toadflax (Linaria purpurea). You sometimes see it in white or pink too.

Help me identify this plant please. It has self seeded in many places (but I don't mind!)! Mostly in gravely dry areas. It's not Russian sage ( leaves not scented) and grows in clumps!

it's Linaria - purple toadflax. I have this too. Be careful of the sap when you cut into stems.

Quite a weed! Self sows everywhere.
