Linaria purpurea 'Canon Went'

Is this a weed as I have it springing up everywhere @Ez

@brighton Not a weed but it's a wildflower. It's a generous self-seeder so needs deadheading same as forget-me-nots but unlike forget-me-nots it's a perennial wildflower👍👍 I'm not sure if it has a taproot but I suspect it does as I've been pulling it out from my patio and it still comes back in the same place every year 😁😁

It has gentle purple flowers and it makes me think of cottage gardens. 😍 I think it's worth having it but just keep deadheading it once the flowers have gone over. The good thing is it's such an easy plant, looks after itself @brighton

@brighton It's so pretty! This one is store bought and has pretty pale pink flowers and I have another self seeded one that has purple flowers x

I will let u know wot colour the flowers on mine turn out @Ez
