Cotoneaster horizontalis

Help me identify this plant please.

That will look lush when its open flower on every leaf 🌺

Just wish I knew what it was @keely. It was something I inherited with the garden 15 years ago, I keep forgetting about it as its tucked away behind and at the bottom of a huge spruce tree.

Is it low ground cover?
