@godfreye - Morning Enid! Isn't it just! Brightens up a dull day! 😀
Good morning GTers! It would have been mum's birthday today and she loved #chrysanthemum blooms! I don't suppose anyone knows which variety this one is? Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone! 😀 #green
Morning Ian, I don't know its name but green chrysanthemums are my favourite 💚😊
@anges - Morning Ange! I love everything about these flowers, but especially the spiralling petals! I photographed this back in 2006 and haven't seen the variety since! 🤔
I don't have a single Chrysanthemum in my garden but occasionally when I receive flowers there's sometimes a green one in amongst them. I like the little green pom pom ones too 😊💚
@anges - I usually only see them as shop bought flowers too, but have had a few in the garden over the years! If I remember correctly, this one was a spherical variety, very much like a pompom! 😀
Great #macro shot 😍
@sherrisgarden - Thanks Sherri! 😀
Very welcome
Could it be this one Ian https://marshallsgarden.com/collections/chrysanthemum-plants/products/chrysanthemum-late-flowering-froggy-x5-51202022
@sieveheadsarah - Wow! Thanks Sarah! I think you're right! Chrysanthemum 'Froggy' it is! 😀
No problem Ian, I was just looking through the #chrysanthemum and saw this beauty, I love a green flower 😀
@sieveheadsarah - It's a bit of a photographic gift with those repetitive swirly petals, but I remember the actual flowers being rather small! Will definitely try and find more now that I know what they're called! 😀
