Good evening all! Does anyone know what this is? It seems too pretty to be a weed! It's about 18" tall and has clusters of these pretty lilac coloured flowers atop each stem! It also has quite soft hairy leaves! Any ideas? 😀 #plantid

I would say honesty, rosebay willowherb or possibly coral root 🤷🏼‍♀️

They are pretty blooms 💜 some class them as a weed but it's great for wildlife. I've done some from seed only one has flower head on so not sure which colour it is yet as you can get them in pink n white

@Keely - I initially thought it could be Honesty Keely but the flowers aren't quite right! I think Urszula @ublaszko has it right after comparing different images! 😀

I just got some seeds with a garden magazine and have been wondering where to sow them. I think it's exactly the variety that I got and it's actually just called 'Lilac' 😁
