I have dwarf tulips about to flower 😆😆 If only those winds would stop so the ground could warm up. It's actually very sunny today but the wind is freezing cold ❄

Yep, sun was out yesterday and again today although it's so windy you can barely feel any warmth from the sun. My garden seems to have stopped growing at the beginning of last week.
