@MaltipooMom is right about being able to water them at this point. I like to start them out on completely dry soil and spray them twice a week at most. They only need enough water to keep their roots from drying up, they don't actually use water as nourishment while the parent leaf if still attached.

So I shouldn’t spray them at all until they get to this point? Because I’ve been spraying them now and then as soon as I see roots forming.
