To start with, the joy of seeing seedlings grow and bloom into beautiful flowers. Then, there has been a daily struggle for the past week(s) to keep plants alive after planting out due to the shocking number of ferocious slugs and snails. This was day #4 of going out in the rain, picking up by hand (using surgical gloves) these awful slugs and then driving to an empty field away from houses to relocate them. It’s been so disgusting 🤢 hate slugs. This rain needs to stop now! ☔️ 🌧️

@vegandmore Thanks for the advice! I’m off to Tenby for a few days so fingers crossed I’ll still have flowers to come back to.
That’s a lovely colour Nasturtium 😍 I was in Tenby last BH weekend, if you like fudge then definitely go to Roly’s Fudge Pantry, it’s delicious 😋
@sieveheadsarah Thank you, I’ll give it a try for sure! I hope I’ll find vegan food there 😀
We also popped in here for a drink, https://www.tapandtantenby.co.uk the craft beer was lovely, have fun! 😀
Never thought of growing this plant in baskets 👍
