Love this time of year! Harvesting for the freezer #oregano

Have done a few tubs of basil but it never occurred to me to freeze onions

I can't remember if I read it or it was on gardeners world but thought it was a great idea @nobby not only to preserve them but the ease of having them ready chopped when you are in a hurry! Supermarkets sell frozen chopped onion 😱😱😱 which in mind is as bad as selling ice cubes!!! How easy is it to freeze water 😂

Just remembered not to add them to your whisky 😃😄
