Fab! And fab timing.... I know nothing about orchids. I have one and chopped off it's "dead stalk" oops it turns out. Will it ever flower again or shall i bin it?

Oh I’m not good with orchids, @bananapassionfruit I’ve 4 pots of green leaves and no flowers from previous gifts 😱 @Christos is the expert and has some stunning pictures of them 😊😊

Thanks @carolecuttingitfine I'll stalk the expert! Turns out I've cut its flowering stalk so may be irreplaceable damage

Oh no! I have lovely glossy green leaves.... I live subtropical /temperate zone(coastal nz) so thinking I'll pop it in my 'woodland' garden and see what happens 🤔

That sounds like a plan and they will look great @bananapassionfruit unfortunately I don’t have tropical heat 😂 but I don’t have the heart to throw them out?!
