Amazing flowers on the #yucca

Is this the yucca spike? Nice ain't they 😎👍🏼

@philmorgan yes that's the close up - does it look familiar? It's a bit dramatic for me but too much like hard work to move it!

That's it, love it when it's blooming like that. Wouldn't want to move it it though , it's lived here longer than me lol.

This a bit architectural for my garden but it's so much bigger than me so it's staying!! First spike - they usually grow to about 5ft!

Oh I love architectural plants!

@joanboston i don't dislike it.. It just is planted in a cottage border! Think the last gardener just made holes and dropped plants in 😉it would look better as a stand alone.. It doesn't blend 😂

If you didn't put it in it doesn't owe you anything, either dig it up and move it or give it away?

It's actually mahosive!! @joanboston I don't dislike it enough to move it and it's at the side of the house so I can't see it all the time 😉 but that is good advice, and I have actually done that to a huge holly tree which a friend went mad about me doing 😱and a few smaller plants just to get the colours right

I love your yucca

I am learning to appreciate it @catwoman 😉 I treated it to a clearing out of all the dead leaves yesterday! Two wheelbarrows worth! That picture is just a small part of it! 😱
Huge flower spike!
Fabulous do you know the name🤗
No I'm afraid I don't @godfreye - it was in the garden when we moved in 3 years ago..
