#myfridaymorninggarden haven't been here for a couple of weeks, so pleased to see my favourite hellebore is starting to come into flower

It's great to see all the new growth again after the winter 💚💖💚

These are all starting to flower nicely nice 😊

Amazing! I love seeing your spring pictures! I do have a question though, if you don't mind. When the program says that they are frost Hardy to -5, that means they will die if winters get much colder than that, right? It's not the point that they go into hibernation? (I know, dumb question...)

Your right if it goes below - 5 you've got a good chance the plant will die but if the plant is sheltered under trees or other plants near a wall/fence, mulched you've got a good chance it will survive these are in a sheltered spot under a pine tree in a border with Rhododendron @happy-orc

@carolgs , @gjones thanks for all your advice and help. I have no idea what zone I live in, but it's a cold one! It's Montreal. It's a frozen wasteland here right now. I'm pretty sure I can't raise these guys unless I take them inside for the winter.
