Hydrangea

Can someone tell me what is wrong with my Hydrangea? Blooms r small and leaves not good 🥲🌺

Hydrangeas in pots need regular feeding and watering so I think the yellowing leaves indicate that it needs a good feed. It’s now quite a large shrub so maybe it’s outgrown its pot, hence the smaller blooms. I hope this helps. 🤞
