Hi @Catwoman they are very easy to look after. Firstly they don't like sitting in water. When the orchid has finished flowering if the stem turns brown then cut back to a node which you will find all up the stem. Cut just above. If the whole stem goes brown then cut it off completely. If you cut it back to a node then it will reflower on that stem. When watering there are a number of ways.
