Help me identify this plant

@carolgs It looks like it only the leaves don't move with touch. They only close at sun fall. Or do some act like this?

Sometimes they don't close if they are in a windy spot or keep being touched @chazchang or it could be another type of of mimosa like dealbata as not all leaves of mimosa close up

@carolgs Oh. Very interesting. It gets touched all of the time. I like the way it feels and the birds like to ride it slowly to the ground. Thanks.

@cyndi Good article. Had no idea it was a tree or that it could take over. Glad I found out before it was too late.
