Tulipa

When animals attack... I was gutted this morning when getting ready for work, I glanced out my window only to discover the complete destruction of my tulips and alliums!!!! The alliums were just on the verge of blooming - they were new and I will not know for another year at least what they will look like in full bloom. I've at least had over a week with my gorgeous tulips, and a small number were spared. As for the rest, I salvaged what I could and tried to make the best of a bad situation..

Beautiful colours but absolutely gutting! What happened?!

Not sure. Seems like some animal trampled over the bed, and snapped or ripped many flower heads and foliage off. We have seen cats and a rabbit in the garden before and there are foxes locally. We suffer some traumatic plant life damage from time to time.... last year my newest peony bush was the victim.
