They look like Sycamore seedlings Clare

These are such a babies. Who knows what they will become in the future 😁

Pull them up, they are a nuisance, I've get loads every year and if they get a hold they can be stubborn little critters.💚

Dug one border over today @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom must have got about 100 of the little bleeders!!

Agree with Icedance. I think they are saplings from a Sycamore tree. We have a garden with 2 large sycamore trees and we get thousands every year

I've started pulling them up, we don't need anymore trees, cut 15 down since we moved in last September! 🌲
