Just coming into flower. A very welcome plant in the garden. Needs a better name. 😀#lesserknotweed

This remains unidentified so I thought I’d shared a pic of its autumn state to see if anyone can identify it now? Ground covering plant once the long flowering stems have finished.
Not one I know I’m afraid 🤔 maybe @mikethegardener or @mrsflowerpot might know 👍🏼
Thanks Justin @justin
What colour were the flowers??? It looks familiar but I can’t put my finger on it! 😕😕😕
Not sure if you can see my earlier photo but they’re pink 😊
Hi Steve I think this is Persicaria campanulata .. possibly Madame Jigard ?
Thanks Sam. That’s the one. Well spotted! 😊 @icedance
Your welcome Steve I Saw one at Beth Chattos gardens once ...once seen not forgotten as they say its s lovely plant
They look amazing in full bloom I was only yesterday thinking about a trip to the Beth Chatto gardens. I want to get inspiration for a woodland garden.

Brought this from my old garden and think it is a viburnum but not sure. Flowers prolifically throughout the summer until late October. Suggestions welcome.

Discovery this year was that this benefits from being moved around via a cutting and isn’t too happy if cut back in the autumn. 🤔
Beautiful flowers 🌸🌸
