@lesleys56 this species of oxalis is very well behaved in my garden, I wish it would spread more than it does. It's rare that clumps get big enough to divide.
"Although attractive looking, with several species such as Oxalis tetraphylla and O. adenophylla being grown as ornamental garden or glasshouse plants, some oxalis species can become a real nuisance in the garden. The main problem species are; Oxalis corniculata, O. debilis and O. latifolia." https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?PID=498 @inlove @lesleys56 @tiggrx
@brightcolours unfortunately a relatively small number of problem species has given the genus a bad name. However of the approx 800 species many are excellent garden plants.
Went through the tagged #oxalis pics earlier which include only a couple of weedy ones. Enjoyed the diversity shown in your lovely examples!! I've only a weedy pink one. 😕 But you have many fine ones. How do you stop wildlife disturbing your plant labels? @tiggrx

@brightcolours the birds pull out/steal my plant labels all the time. The ones in the greenhouse are generally safe but otherwise it can be a problem!
