Hi Rose, welcome to GTags, your plant looks like a variety of Oxalis I'm not sure what variety though it could be Oxalis Articulata. 🍀

Thank you! It is indeed Oxalis Articulata. I checked some pictures and the flowers look just right.

Hi rose your very welcome, no problem at all. (A little tip) If you want to get someone's attention or thank them etc if you tag them by using @ for example @mrsflowerpot it sends them a notification otherwise the other person won't see it.
