Bought another phalaenopsis mini! (Lord knows how many I bought!) Can someone please help me identify what problem it’s leaves has? The underside of each leaf is purplish and has numerous dots. Otherwise the plant is healthy

Is the flower pink or have pink in it? Root tips a little pink? If so- not a problem at all. It’s just showing it’s parentage and somewhere down the line it has a Doritis or a DTPS orchid (now all grouped together as Phalaenopsis). This is a trait of these. It doesn’t look like a magnesium deficiency to me- just genetics

No the root tips are fine! Thank you so much! I haven’t found much help online so I really appreciate your comment! The plant is healthy and blooming normally.

The pink root rips would be genetic not disease. Great find on this guy. I have a few and the pink/purple on the bottom of the leaves are fun to see when the plant isn’t in bloom
