@richard.spicer.7906 yes rich if its nice i pop it outside, but bring it in at night, and when its windy. Theres another new leaf coming now which looks promising 🤗

@richard.spicer.7906 ive just repotted it again. The roots were starting to come out of the bottom of the pot, so gone a size bigger. Its got a good root ball now. Whats the best for watering over winter rich ?

Looking great Dave! You could probably start to slowly introduce it to outside now, just a couple of hours at a time till it gets stronger. Will hopefully start to get some colour in it’s leaves too. How’s the roots, does it look like it may need a repot soon?

@richard.spicer.7906 funnily enough rich, I've repotted it this morning, it's got roots coming from the corn, only small though, and I've been sitting it outside for a while. It's slowly getting some colour in the leaves, so fingers crossed, all good.

Ah fab news Dave, it’s looking really great. Glad I didn’t send you the original small one as it’s a gonna, went to big compost heap in the sky. It was just way to small and probably should have left it attached to the parent form. But I’ve still got the original, and I bought two more on Tuesday 🙈😂

Ah excellent! Coming on very well 👌🏼 They all seem to be a bit slower than normal this year cause of this colder weather at the moment. Mine haven’t done much at all 🙄 - hoping next weeks warmer days and nights give them a wake up call!

Mine was like this a couple of weeks ago Dave @davewrightjoinerygooglemail.co but the leaf is much bigger now & has a second leaf 👍

Mines in its second year and in an 18-20 inch pot. The corm is already so large it's distorting the sides of the pot! .... you might want a bigger pot soonish

Hi Dave, great news 😄👏🏼 - as suspected, looks like the other leaf went a bit brown. Same has happened on mine so don’t worry about it. For now, no need to repot as I don’t think there is much root growth on the little corm at the moment. But when it fully starts to wake up the root growth will come quickly. I’d wait until roots are at least poking out the bottom before repotting it 👍🏼
