I saw a sambucus at the weekend but already had too much shopping to carry. I'll go back next week when I have more time to get it in the ground.

This is growing so slowly but it’s colour makes up for it, especially in the rain❤️ #berberis

I wondered if it was because it’s surrounded by maybe too many plants but have just checked online and it is actually a slow grower. Also it’s due flowers in spring which I didn’t realise. It didn’t have flowers this year, so maybe next 🤗 @gjones
