These have popped up all around the front of the mini pond. It's where I dug up some lawn so they're the last thing I expected, am quite amazed! ♥️♥️♥️ #projectminipond
What a lovely surprise. They’re gorgeous Denise 😍
Thanks 😘 @rachelbrooks

Help me identify this plant, lots popping up near my pond 🤔 very pretty #plantid
Thought it was Red Flax at first, but think the edges are too frilly 💃🏻 could be a Maiden Pink 🤔
Some kind of dianthus 😉
The stalk looks like a dianthus 👆🏼
@rachelbrooks I think it is red flax. @Mikekally posted a pic which @natii identified as red flax. The leaves look the same. Actually looking again, it doesn’t quite look the same!! 🤦🏼♀️. Ignore me!! 😂😂
D’you say something Alison? 🤔🤣 I’m pretty sure it’s a Maiden Pink (Dianthus) but it does look very similar to Red Flax 😊 @bluefox23
@bluefox23 😁😁😁
@bluefox23 😂 I agree with @rachelbrooks it looks very similar to Red Flax (it's definitely the same beautiful colour!), but I also think it's a Dianthus 🙂 Maybe Dianthus deltoides? Or another one, I don't know there are just too many 😁
Wow thanks everyone 😀 It's growing up through an area that was previously grass which I'm trying to keep weed free, it's in scatters here & there! How has that happened, I'm chuffed 😍 @rachelbrooks @ublaszko @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom @cyndi @bluefox23 @mikeally @natii
