Could be an Escallonia

@jeatacake I think you're right. Flowers look similar and the leaves have that shiny lamina with serrated margin. Yes, I think it may possibly be pink pyramid. Thank you.

I have the escallonia Apple Blossom but thinking I shall have to get this one too 👍
