Tricky to id 100% but from what I can see of leaf, it is a hydrangea macrophylla, lacecap form. Maybe Lanarth White or Maresii perfecta. However soil acidity can make a difference to colouration.

Thanks @robbiec I've taken a few cuttings so hopefully they'll strike well. Potentially Lanarth White. The lady who owns this said she recalls a name like blue ice, or something that suggested a tiny of blue.
