My dog Blue peed on my last one until I noticed too late and killed it. Had to get another to replace it. It’s a beautiful species of #croton #houseplants #foliagefriday
Put it up somewhere really high up.
@cyndi is it really you ? Really missed you
Awesome @cyndi I’m going to look you up, really great to hear from you !

I’m not use to our plants not doing well too often but I think it happens to all of us some times
It happens and we blame ourselves. My one beautiful poinsettia just wilted. I tried everything to save it but managed to save a few branches to root in soil. Sometimes these things are beyond our control. ☹️🌼🌺
You’re right Diane @hkyfvr but it still bothers me of course. I do know in winter only the strong survive

2 of the 3 stalks on our gold dust croton has started to droop 2 days ago and I don’t know what’s going on. Any thoughts. It did the same thing last year when it was much smaller. It’s one of my favorites and I’d like to save it somehow.
My crotons do great if I keep the soil evenly moist. If the soil is not evenly damp throughout you might want to give it a good soaking💦💦💦
That’s what I did @cowdenkyle and one stalk has started to perk up and I separated the sad little one in a separate pot. Put them all out front for some good sunlight.
Give it some time and I'm sure it will perk up some more👍

Going to need to put this #gold-dust-croton in a bigger pot. It’s got to be root bound. Planted it last winter and it’s still in the same pot.

This small bird bath is one of two I also picked up at a yard sale. Painted and used it for this #gold-dust-croton #repurpose #reuse #recycle

Here’s my #croton for today’s feature. I bought it very small last fall with only about 8 leaves. It went through a faze of losing leaves and when spring came it snapped back to life and now it’s ready for a bigger pot. Just need to find a nice one for it now. #bestof2020

Amazing plant but not the original, my first one died in the winter
