I’ve had this for 4 years now and it started from just 4 leaves. Now it weighs about 35 pounds and about 3 feet tall and 3 and 2 1/2 feet wide. It has lived on my patio it’s entire life of 4 years #foliagefriday #arrowheadvine #whitebutterfly #beautiful

Looking great. I remember it from last summer. I’ve got mine hanging under a trampoline out back. At first it stressed a little but has since bounced back. I use my trampoline for a few of my houseplants and it works out great.

Finally started to fill out again, she’s 3 years old and still beautiful.

This was a cutting from the big mama plant when I pruned it back. It’s looking great 👍

@docthrill I changed it when I bought it which was under a year ago and it’s not in too large of a pot for it. I think it doesn’t like either the soil or the lighting in the room it’s in

@sarahssassysucculents I put mine in a very large pot once it started growing fast. Mine is just a little more than a year old and it started with about 8 leaves. I had it outside on the front porch for last spring and summer then put it in the greenhouse for winter and never put it back. I need to put it in a bigger pot again but at this size it’s no easy task. It’s about 25 pounds and a hanging basket. I chose to just fertilize it instead of a pot change. We’ll see what happens

@docthrill I’ve honestly kinda just decided to let it go when it does. It’s in my room under grow lights with the other house plants and it was an impulse buy and never really became a favorite (sorry to say) so I’ll either re-home it with my sale I’m having in a few weeks or I’ll just water it and let it chill and see if it becomes a miracle plant LOL

Still not sure @lesliecole49 not going to have a lot of room in the coming months. Already moved a lot out to the front of the house, thank you though. Wanting a plant and giving it a happy place to be is difficult. I have cuttings of this white butterfly I don’t know what to do with

@lesliecole49 there so tough you can’t kill them. Don’t worry you can grow them just about any environment other than snow

Gigantic and in a #hangingbasket best way to grow them, you don’t have to cut off the trailing vines, just let them hang loos

I switched the #spiderplant with this #arrowhead-whitebutterfly-vine looks great but the spider plant tried to take me out, it weighs 75 pounds and I’m not as young as I use to be

This arrowhead vine is only about 20 pounds @richard.spicer.7906 but the spider plant I switched it with is about 75 pounds

You really need to rotate these to keep it nice and full, all the time. Spring time I’ll put it back out front to get that white coloring back.

Too green, not enough sunlight. After the trees finish shedding its leaves I’ll move it back out front again.

Naw, easily rooted any time, like a pothos or philodendron, just take a cutting and stick it in water, it will root
