I’m trying to grow 2 cups of #horehound so that I can attempt to make horehound candy for my Dad for Christmas 😊 I’m getting close. Should I cut it back and freeze some or just let it keep growing?

I don't know the answer to your question but pruning them could result in a bushier plant hence, more leaves... just a thought. My mom loved the horehound candies too. Aren't they good for relieving a cough?
