I finally harvested and cooked up my #mushrooms. I didn’t love the taste of them raw. But I loved them cooked up with butter, onions, garlic, and ginger 😋 I have already started the next batch 😁 #oystermushroom #oyster-mushroom

Like any other oyster mushroom! They are so delicious! I have had this same kit & couldn't believe how much they grew each day!

What are they growing out of?

@heatherdirtyhands it’s a pre-inoculated substrate (probably coffee grounds and or wood). It’s an easy kit and very interesting 🧐
