I think they're called chayote, I planted one few months ago, it's a vining plant. I let mine root in a brown paper bag first, it sends out a shoot, then plant it. @tina

Yes it is a vining plant dad grew them in Kenya let's see what happen . The other one is what I call a crocodile as it green looks alike it very bitter you have to salt it to get the bitterness away .you very knowledgeable with usual plant 👏🏼👏🏼

I think some call it a vegetable pear. I'll put a pic up of mine that I had growing, but damn fungus gnar larvae ate!! @tina
