I believe it IS Queen Anne Lace! It self seeds readily, seedlings remind me of carrots. It grows in fields and on hillsides, better in full sun than my partial shade.
@elainab - I'm at a client's garden... just picked a fresh bouquet for their table, and what I picked is DEFINITELY Snow on the Mountain! Individual flower heads, where Queen Anne Lace is usually 1 large single cluster with the little black spot in the middle!
Help me identify this plant. It's growing along my fence and stands about 2.5 feet tall.
