What methods and tools do you use for digging out bamboo? I bent a fork last time!

We used 2 forks broke the first one also used a spade to chop out roots bit at a time 😫😓😓 @Gandalf

@Keely @fuschia @AmbreenNauman @janric @Gandalf well I had to call in some help in the form of muscle! 😂 I just wasn't able. The bamboo was enormous!! All kinds of tools used but nothing broken phew. Now I have a great big space to play with 👍🏻😊
