These miserable-looking sticks are one of today's transplanted clumps of Horsetail. May they prosper in their new home. I feel genuinely frightened that this plant, touted as the most aggressive weed out there, has been cowed into subservience by the dread Phragmites. #primitive #dinosnak #midwesternnative

We have this growing wild in the creeks. Very cool

It dawns on me @txgardener that if I can destroy enough of the Cossack Asparagus this would be a great choice to replace it. They are cheek by jowl growing in the same conditions.
