I’m unsure of the name of this plant. However when I remove the ivy, this plant thrives and looks perfect. Help me identify this plant

Cute Little Paradise

I love this toadflax and let it seed on much of the patio...it sneaks around spreading its wings as it pleases. Love the way you have captured on camera xx
