Recently propagated a few pups from this little lady! They're not doing very well taking root on their own. Any suggestions? Hesitant to stick em in water..

These are slow growers. The pups will root eventually. Ditch the glass and moss and give it a pot with a drainage hole and cactus soil amended with pumice or something similar. Provide more light. Yours is beginning to look etiolated.
