After all those flowers in autumn I ended up with 2 viable seed pods. #frithia #seedpod

These are finally green again, the flowers are all finished and there looks to be some seed capsules hiding in there #fairy-elephantfeet #frithia-pulchra

They look like Baby Toes. I don’t know how they can tell them apart 😳

@sunlovin frithia have a texture almost like gecko skin, their windows are almost heart shaped and flowers are bright pink. Baby toes(fenesteria) has smooth skin, more rounded windows(sometimes triangular) and flowers that are orange, peach, yellow or white.

Wow! I need to study up more on these plants. I never heard of Frithia. 🌞

Looks very similar to baby toes.

Amazing plant. Was this a hard plant to get hold of? I’ve never seen this for sale.

@dufflebag , in NZ it's not overly common but the place that supplies cacti to all the hardware and garden shops does them, I don't know how hard they would be to find in Australia. I can't seem to find a place that has their seed either. They get bright pink Daisy type flowers some times with a bit of white, really lovely little plant.
